Uk deliveries

Your model cyclist will be send to you in a box inside a jiffy bag. There will be a Model Cyclist sticker on the packaging , please let us know if you don't want this for secrecy !

We use first class royal mail for all our pre painted figures, for more expensive or larger custom orders be use a courier or tracked and signed for delivery. Delivery prices will be calculated for you at the checkout stage according to the quantity and type of purchase.

Overseas Deliveries
We use airmail or Airsure for most deliveries outside the UK, deliveries of small parcels up to 2kg. Airsure is  trackable and requires a signature on receipt. For all large overseas deliveries over 1.5kg ( and up to 10kg ) we use UPS, this again is trackable and requires a signature. They may not be the cheapest but they are reliable.The prices are calculated at the checkout stage of your order depending on weight and destination.

Smaller items may be sent with parcel companiesor Airsure who will attempt delivery on a weekday without notice. Failed deliveries will be carded so that the customer has another opportunity to accept delivery or the parcel may be taken to a post office collection centre for you to sign and collect when convenient.
From the moment a carrier attempts to deliver the goods they are the customer's responsibility and the customer has to accept the goods when they are ready to be delivered.

Where the Customer does not comply with our attempts to deliver the goods we may, at our discretion, cancel the entire order.
Any delivery charges made are also applied again in the event of a return due to non delivery or a cancellation after the goods have been dispatched.
Special delivery arrangements can be made , these will incur an extra charge , please call for details.  There are certain countries that we may not be able to deliver to.





Our policy is to take anything back that you are not satisfied within 7 days of delivery and a full refund of the returned item will be made providing the following conditions are met:

A/ The cost of returning the product(s) will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or otherwise faulty.
B/ The goods must be adequately packed to prevent damage in transit.
C/ Goods must be received by us in their original condition, unused, undamaged  for us to be able to offer a refund or replacement.
D/ The returns and refunds policy does not apply to custom cyclists that have been specially requested and painted to order to particular requirements.( unless faulty ) Trade orders or large volume orders will also be excluded from standard returns policy.
E/ The refund is for the cost of the item only and does not include the initial delivery charge.

Damaged goods
If goods are delivered in a damaged condition this must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery in order for us to replace your product(s) free of charge. Failure to do so will disqualify you against a free replacement. Please check packaging carefully when receiving a delivery and make note of any damage. When signing for a delivery please report and sign for any damage to packaging when accepting your delivery.This will help us to claim against the delivery company.
