Winner of the TDF 1903 Maurice Garin, 'The little chimney sweep' winner of the inaugural Tour De France in 1903 also came first in 1904, but was disqualified for cheating along with 8 other Riders. The yellow winners Jersey was yet to be introduced at this time and a green armband was used in its place. His moustache cuts a formidable figure!
